Article I NAME
Section 1: The name of the organization shall be UW-Stout Waterski Team, which is a student organization of the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Article II ORGANIZATION PURPOSES
Section 1: The purposes of the organization are:
A. To make available the opportunity of all Stout students to participate in the sport of waterskiing.
B. To compete within the NCWSA (National Collegiate WaterskiAssociation).
Article III AFFILIATIONS
Section 1: The Stout Waterski Team will be associated with the National Collegiate Waterski Association (NCWSA). All members are to keep a membership with the USA Waterski Association (USA-WS) and the Wisconsin Waterski Federation (WWSF),
Article IV AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION
Section 1: How to Amend All amendments must be amended by simple majority vote of the voting membership.
Section 2: Process of Amending This Constitution shall be amended by submitting the proposed amendment in writing and in oral form at a regular meeting. Amendments are to be tabled for one meeting and they are not to be tabled for more than two. The voting will take place by an oral vote.
